How should a young pitcher lift, balance and stride?
The delivery starts with a controlled leg lift and a balanced moment, then a stride toward the plate. A stride that lands off line pulls the body, and the ball, off target. The videos show the leg kick, the windup, a balance drill and the stride.
What it looks like: Falling off balance at the top of the leg lift, rushing toward the plate, or striding off line.
