How do you teach a kid to catch fly balls?

Outfielders read the ball off the bat, take a drop step back on balls over their heads, and run to where the ball will land. The videos show the drop step, tracking the ball and the catch.

What it looks like: Running in on balls hit over the head, or drifting under the ball and missing it.
