How do you hold a four-seam fastball?

The four-seam grip puts the fingers across the wide seams, with the ball out in the fingers rather than the palm. It is the grip most players throw with in the field and on the mound. The videos show the grip and the spin it gives.

What it looks like: The ball held deep in the palm, or gripped any old way, so throws tail and sink.
