How do I measure my hand for batting gloves?
With a ruler, from the crease at the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger, then match that length on the batting-glove maker's own chart: sizes differ from maker to maker.
The rule
Measure base of palm to tip of middle finger (Rawlings batting-glove method); use it for batting glove size and to flag small hands for the easy-close rule.
