What stances does a catcher use?

Catchers use one stance to give signs, a relaxed stance with no one on base, and a ready stance with runners on or two strikes, so they can block and throw. The videos show each stance and how to give signs.

What it looks like: Sitting back on the heels with runners on base, or signs the other team can read.
