A 32.5 inch Foundation Series youth catcher's mitt on the CM33 pattern with a 1-Piece Solid web, conventional back and narrow fit, offered in right hand throw in Black. It has a soft durable all-leather shell, padded fingerback liners, a reinforced palm pad and a 75% factory, 25% player break-in.

Type	Youth catcher's mitt
Size	32.5 in What this means Measured from the heel to the top of the index finger. Infielders use smaller gloves (10.25 to 11.75 in) for quick transfers; outfielders larger (12 to 12.75 in); first base and catcher's mitts are measured differently. Tip: Bigger is not better for a young infielder. A glove they can close beats a glove that looks like a pro's.

The maker says	The Foundation glove series offers competitive youth players a premium glove behind the dish. This Aaron Judge inspired model is ideal for the competitive player of all ages. The durable all-leather shell gives the stability you need to handle pitches on the corners. The reinforced palm pad and fingerback liners give an ultra-comfortable fit game after game. High-quality pro-style patterns and soft full-grain leather shells maximize defensive performance. The 75% factory 25% player break-in gets the glove in ready-to-play condition much more quickly.

Fit profile

Stated comes off the maker's page; derived is worked out from what the maker states: its words, its leather, its numbers; graded is Patrick's call; unknown means the class is not known yet.

LeatherunknownNot known
Break-instatedGame-readyStated: page uses break-in or softness wording.
What this means
Soft out of the box and usable the first day. Made with softer leather that will not last as long as a stiff pro glove, which is fine for a growing player.
Tip: For most players under 12 this is the right answer.
Closing effortderivedMediumDerived from break-in class.
What this means
How hard a young hand has to squeeze to close the glove on a ball. Easy means a soft build and a smaller pattern; hard means stiff leather or a big mitt.
Tip: If your player drops balls that hit the pocket, closing effort is usually the reason, not the hands.
