A 12.5-inch open-back Limited series glove with a double laced basket web, built from 6 oz premium kip leather with leather finger linings and a solid palm pad, listed for baseball pitchers. Sold in black for right- or left-hand throw.

Type	Pitcher's glove
Size	12.5 in What this means Measured from the heel to the top of the index finger. Infielders use smaller gloves (10.25 to 11.75 in) for quick transfers; outfielders larger (12 to 12.75 in); first base and catcher's mitts are measured differently. Tip: Bigger is not better for a young infielder. A glove they can close beats a glove that looks like a pro's.
Web	Double Laced Basket What this means A closed, woven web that hides the ball. Pitchers use it; also common on youth gloves because it closes easily.
Leather	6 oz. premium kip leather What this means Light, tight-grained leather from young cattle. The premium choice for pro infield gloves: light and long-lasting, but stiff at first.
Back	Open
Hand	Right-hand throw or left-hand throw

LeatherstatedKip
Break-instatedMediumStated: page says it breaks in quicker or easier, not that it is game-ready.
What this means
Needs a week or two of catch and shaping before it closes well.
Closing effortderivedMediumDerived from break-in class.
What this means
How hard a young hand has to squeeze to close the glove on a ball. Easy means a soft build and a smaller pattern; hard means stiff leather or a big mitt.
Tip: If your player drops balls that hit the pocket, closing effort is usually the reason, not the hands.
