Facts as the maker states them, read 24 Oct 2026

A 13-inch outfield glove in black, made of pre-treated 5 oz kip leather with sheepskin finger linings, a solid palm pad and stays in the thumb and pinky fingers. Sold for right- or left-hand throw.

Type	Outfield glove
Size	13 in What this means Measured from the heel to the top of the index finger. Infielders use smaller gloves (10.25 to 11.75 in) for quick transfers; outfielders larger (12 to 12.75 in); first base and catcher's mitts are measured differently. Tip: Bigger is not better for a young infielder. A glove they can close beats a glove that looks like a pro's.
Leather	5oz Kip Leather What this means Light, tight-grained leather from young cattle. The premium choice for pro infield gloves: light and long-lasting, but stiff at first.
Hand	Right-hand throw or left-hand throw

Stated comes off the maker's page; derived is worked out from what the maker states: its words, its leather, its numbers; graded is Patrick's call; unknown means the class is not known yet.

Break-instatedMediumStated: page says it breaks in quicker or easier, not that it is game-ready.
What this means
Needs a week or two of catch and shaping before it closes well.
Closing effortderivedMediumDerived from break-in class.
What this means
How hard a young hand has to squeeze to close the glove on a ball. Easy means a soft build and a smaller pattern; hard means stiff leather or a big mitt.
Tip: If your player drops balls that hit the pocket, closing effort is usually the reason, not the hands.
