Facts as the maker states them, read 24 Oct 2026

An 11.5-inch six-finger glove built to be worn on either hand, from Bradley's Igniter-Plus LTD line in tan. The shell, welting and binding are Indo steerhide, the palm and fingers are pigskin-lined, the acrylic fur wrist has a slip knot adjustment and the lacing is pro-grade leather.

Type	Ambidextrous 6-finger fielder's glove
Size	11.5 in What this means Measured from the heel to the top of the index finger. Infielders use smaller gloves (10.25 to 11.75 in) for quick transfers; outfielders larger (12 to 12.75 in); first base and catcher's mitts are measured differently. Tip: Bigger is not better for a young infielder. A glove they can close beats a glove that looks like a pro's.
Leather	Indo Steerhide Leather What this means Heavy, durable adult-cattle leather. Stiff at first, lasts for years. Most pro lines use it.

The maker says	It is designed for the "unicorn" player who can throw with either hand. Engraving is not recommended on black gloves because the etching appears black and has low visibility.

Fit profile

Stated comes off the maker's page; derived is worked out from what the maker states: its words, its leather, its numbers; graded is Patrick's call; unknown means the class is not known yet.

LeatherstatedSteerhide
Break-inderivedStiffDerived from leather type (steerhide / pro-grade wording).
What this means
Pro-grade leather such as Japanese kip or steerhide. Can take weeks to months to break in and a young player may not be able to close it at all at first. Lasts for years once broken in.
Tip: Do not buy a stiff pro glove for a player under 12 unless you are ready to break it in for them.
Closing effortderivedHardDerived: stiff build.
What this means
How hard a young hand has to squeeze to close the glove on a ball. Easy means a soft build and a smaller pattern; hard means stiff leather or a big mitt.
Tip: If your player drops balls that hit the pocket, closing effort is usually the reason, not the hands.
