Facts as the maker states them, read 13 Oct 2026

The I13-custom is a wood baseball bat that the page describes as a long bat with an extended barrel, a thin handle, and end-loaded weight distribution. The page says it is similar to the ML-243 in barrel profile and has a slightly flared knob inspired by the ML-271.

Model codeI13
Barrelextended barrel
Handlethin handle
What this means

A handle under about 0.93 in. It whips through the zone and feels fast, but it stings more on mis-hits and, in wood, breaks more easily. Common on pro models.

Tip: Thin handles and young hands do not mix well in cold weather; expect sting.

KnobFlared
What this means

The handle widens into the knob like the bell of a trumpet. Players who choke up or want leverage like it; it also keeps the bottom hand from sliding off. Popular from high school up.

BalanceEnd loaded
What this means

Extra weight toward the end of the barrel, so the bat swings heavier than its number. For some players it gives a better feel for where the barrel is; whether it suits yours depends on how consistently they deliver the barrel. End load is not barrel size: some skinny-barrel bats are end-loaded.

Tip: An end-loaded bat that feels heavy is the most common sizing mistake we see.
