The DSB One Hand Trainer is an all composite one-hand trainer offered in 18″, 20″ and 22″ lengths, weighing 13.9 to 15 ounces including the grip depending on the length chosen. The page says the trainer is made by repurposing the maker's older SWAG 27/15 and 28/16 bats, and that it helps younger kids see proper hand mechanics and promote muscle memory when hitting.
